Holiday safely at the Cresta.Alpin.Sport.Hotel

It is very important to us to make your holiday at the Cresta.Alpin.Sport.Hotel as pleasant and safe as possible. To this end, extensive protective measures are taken and these are continuously adapted to match the requirements of official regulations.

The following measures are implemented:

  • We implement comprehensive basic cleaning and disinfection by default.
  • Increased disinfection of all contact surfaces.
  • Depending on the number of guests in the hotel, you will be seated in the restaurant at an appropriate distance to other guests, or we will offer two seatings.
  • All common areas are equipped with hand-disinfection facilities.
  • Upon arrival, your personal hand disinfectant is ready for you in your room.
  • Your booked room was cleaned and disinfected according to strict regulations.
  • All employees are thoroughly trained in their field of work and are informed daily about changes.
  • Guests use face masks when entering and leaving common areas.
  • Our employees and we, the Weissengruber family, are tested weekly for COVID19 and we wear face shields/masks for your protection

Cancellation Conditions Winter 2020/21


Your well-being is closely linked to a feeling of flexibility, no matter what situations arise. We are aware of this and have therefore adjusted our cancellation conditions for winter 2020/21 accordingly, in order to make it easier for you to plan your holiday with us in Oberlech:

For the following dates, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

  • 19.12. – 02.01.202
  • 30.01. – 06.02.2021
  • 06.02. – 27.02.2021
  • 27.02. – 13.03.2021

For the following dates, there are no cancellation fees until 3 weeks before the booked arrival:

  • 03.12. – 19.12.2020
  •  02.01. – 30.01.2021
  • 13.03. – 27.03.2021
  • 27.03. – 03.04.2021
  • 03.04. – 18.04.2021

Between 3 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the total package price. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival, no-shows or early departure we charge 90% of the total package price.

We constantly adapt our cancellation conditions to the current situation and keep you informed about all news in the region!
