Dogs

Dogs (generally pets) are not allowed at Cresta; we ask for your understanding.

Childcare

Families are very welcome at the Cresta and in Oberlech there is the children's club Oberlech for small children from 2 years on and for children from 3 1/2 years there are ski courses in the ski school Oberlech.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, shortening or no-show, the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hoteliers Association apply (GTC).

Late check out

For a late check out we ask you to inform yourself at our reception.

Ski pass service

You can buy your ski pass at the ski pass box office (open until 18:00) at the cableway "Lech-Oberlech" or from us at the hotel reception.

 

 

Currently, the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry" apply (AGBH)

• Up to 3 months before arrival no cancellation fees.
• Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total agreed price.
• Between 1 month and 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the total agreed price.
• In case of cancellation within 1 week before arrival, no-show or early departure, we charge 90% of the total agreed price

We recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance with "Europäische Reiseversicherung" in order to  avoid costs in the event of an unforeseen cancellation or early departure! Click here for more information.
